Mansion Construction works undertaken (Start to Finish)

Project Planning & Design:Development of architectural concepts, structural designs, detailed drawings, approvals, permits, and budgeting.
Site Preparation & Excavation:Clearing the site, setting out the building, excavation for foundations, soil testing, and preparing access routes.
Foundation Works:Construction of strip, raft, or pad foundations, including reinforcement, concrete works, and damp-proofing.
Structural Construction:Building the main structure—columns, beams, slabs, walls, staircases—and erecting the full load-bearing framework.
Walling & Masonry:Installation of external and internal walls, blockwork/stonework, lintels, and structural partitioning.
Roofing:Fabrication and installation of roof trusses, waterproofing, insulation, and roofing materials such as tiles or shingles.
Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP):Full installation of electrical wiring, lighting, plumbing, drainage, water systems, HVAC/air-conditioning, security systems, and smart-home provisions.
Windows, Doors & Exterior Finishes:Fitting of aluminium/UPVC/wooden windows, external doors, cladding, rendering, external paint, and waterproofing.
Interior Works:Gypsum ceilings, partitions, flooring (tiles, wood, carpets), internal doors, wardrobes, cabinetry, kitchen installation, bathrooms, painting, and decorative finishes.
Exterior Works & Landscaping:Driveways, cabro paving, walkways, drainage systems, boundary walls, gates, lawns, gardens, lighting, and outdoor living elements.
Final Touches & Commissioning:Testing of all systems, cleaning, final inspections, snag corrections, approvals, and handing over a fully completed mansion ready for occupancy.
